Yoga & Meditation Retreat, West Bengal, India

Focusing on Yoga & Meditation, this journey has for purpose to explore our own internal landscape, and rediscover our inner voice and intuition. What the sacred teachings are telling us and how the ancient Vedic wisdom resonate with our inner being? Through the yoga philosophy one obtains naturally a deeper understanding and expansion of consciousness which allows us to see the world surrounding us in a new light.

The pristine jungle around encourages even more to take a full journey into oneself, restoring our balance with nature and enabling us to witness the different levels of our consciousness so that we could recognize only the layers that are true and eternal.
